: 30 metri quadrati, su 2 piano senza ascensore. bagno da condividere. Nel centro della città "City Center". L'alloggio si trova all'interno dell'area gay. Trasporto pubblico più vicino: Sendlinger Tor (U1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 Tram, HB in Laufentfernung). L'host parla Tedesco e inglese. Animali presenti.

I'm offering a room in a positive atmosphere right in the center of Munich - gay area!
It's very quiet and tucked away in a beautiful courtyard with the best restaurants around.
Relax and feel good.
Walk to the Oktoberfest or the opera. Ideal for Fair-Visitors!
A shared kitchen is not offered, and no tea in the room.
But a huge bed, with a down comforter and a cotton cover - I value quality.
Towels and shower stuff available.
We share the bathroom, including a rain shower in tropical ambience.
2 large windows offer plenty of natural light and the view of greenery.
It's not a cheap dump. If you like cheap, please book somewhere else.
I expect and offer discretion and respect.

Hallo und willkommen auf meiner Seite.
Mir liegt viel daran, dass sich meine Gäste (2G) wohlfühlen und in der zentralen aber doch ruhigen Oase eine gute Startvoraussetzung haben um selbständig das schöne München kennen zu lernen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Gayarea, Shopping, Restaurants & Cafés ist alles direkt vor der Tür. Küche ist ausdrücklich nicht zur Mitbenutzung. Ich gebe gerne Tips, bin aber nicht als Sightseeing-Guide included. Communication is the key - as a host i am fluent in english, so don‘t hesitate to write. Willkommen in meiner Oase :)
